The Trees Have Names
Feature Film
Rated 18+
118 minutes
Memory is unreliable. In a sleepy small town the unspeakable happens: Children are being taken, their boiled bones found in the Blackwood Forest. While the police struggle for answers, the Chief has his hands full with his granddaughter who seems lost to reality. Tori comes of age in an asylum and we watch her become an adult... and remain broken. When a new doctor, with new technology, takes over Tori's care, the town's secrets and Tori's own are laid bare. A psychological thriller from early in the film careers of Blue Forge Films and Beginning of Heaven Studios (2016).
